Payments and refunds
Fees for consulting packages and strategy calls are listed on the site and are subject to change. Payment processing is handled through third-party providers. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in disqualification from future services.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services without refund.
